1998-2017

HVK Pty Ltd was established in 1998 and initially focused on retail pharmacy business in Australia. Since 2011, the company has entered the cross-border wholesale market, with operations spanning both the Australian domestic market and major Chinese e-commerce platforms, gradually establishing an international supply network.
2009
Saint Cos International was established in 2009 and launched its cross-border e-commerce retail business in China in 2010. The company is committed to providing Chinese consumers with high-quality, high-value-for-money, and trustworthy imported products. Adhering to the principles of openness, transparency, and sharing, the company relies on refined operations and professional, efficient, and trustworthy services to quickly gain widespread recognition from users, growing into one of China's leading cross-border e-commerce companies and becoming an important partner for many overseas brands entering China.
2018 - 2024
2018
In 2018, HVK officially merged with Saint Cos International to form H&S Global International , integrating channels, brands, and supply chain resources, while simultaneously launching a strategic layout for its own brands. In 2023, the company initiated a global integrated operations model, with the board of directors overseeing all business operations and gradually establishing and improving a modern corporate management system. Based on business type, the company has established three major business units (BU)

2025–Present
In 2025, in the face of ongoing China-US trade friction and changes in the global market environment, the company further recognised the strategic importance of the two major markets of China and the United States and the urgency of global expansion. It then advanced its global expansion strategy and officially renamed the company H&S Global.
With Australia as its foundation, the company focuses on the two core markets of China and the United States, expanding globally, and continues to advance its ‘multi-brand, cross-category, globalisation’ development strategy, accelerating the transition from a regional e-commerce company to a global consumer goods group.
