Ms. Nina Dynon, Deputy Consul General of the Australian Consulate General in Chengdu, attended the 7th Anniversary Gala of H&S Global. Her presence not only signifies recognition and support for H&S Global but also underscores the importance and promotion of China-Australia trade cooperation. Ms. Nina Dynon delivered her remarks in fluent Chinese, first expressing her gratitude to H&S Global. She noted that Australia is one of the world's largest dairy exporters. Since this year, China has implemented zero tariffs on Australian dairy products, and its health supplements, cosmetics, and personal care products are highly favoured by consumers, which will further promote trade between the two countries. These cooperative achievements not only drive the economic development of both sides but also deepen mutual understanding and friendship between the people.

Chairman Simon Lin delivered an inspiring speech themed ‘Reflecting on the Past, Looking Toward the Future,’ encouraging everyone to work together to create a bright future. In his address, Simon Lin reviewed the 2023 China region operational metrics: revenue grew by 43.1% year-over-year, with a plan target achievement rate of 103%; net profit increased by 31.5% year-over-year, with a plan target achievement rate of 111%; and the annual comprehensive growth rate reached 1.35 times; In 2023, the company also expanded its global business channels, sought transformation, resolved legacy issues, and developed around three centres: the Global Operations Centre, the Brand Management Centre, and the Investment Management Centre. Regarding the 2024 target planning for Xingsheng Group, the group's operational target is 6 billion+, and the business strategy will divide global operations into three business units: GOC, GBC, and GIC; The company has implemented digital and intelligent operational applications to enhance management standards across its global subsidiaries.
