Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth execution. 
Create project structure for stakeholders including timelines, project plans, tasks, gate document, team responsibilities and weekly status reporting.
Support the new product development (NPD) process, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are in place.
Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Build and develop project timelines by identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation, providing regular project status updates.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the Customer to Concept process to bring new products to market. Work closely with cross-functional teams including quality, supply chain, regulatory, and marketing to align project objectives.
Played a key role in the annual new product development plan, conducting market research, collection, and analysis to drive marketing initiatives.
Identify areas for improvement in project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the development of project plans and communicate key developments.
Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.
