Answer calls and respond to emails promptly, professionally, and helpfully
Handle customer queries, product complaints, delivery issues and tracking orders in a clear and courteous manner.
Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Accurately recording and analysing customer feedback, ensuring all communication is documented consistently.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments

Order & Data Management
Manage orders which includes Processing orders, adjusting orders, process refund requests.
Update store accounts and customer information in the CRM system as required.
Perform general administrative and data entry tasks to support the daily operations of the Customer Service team.
System Usage & Process Improvement
Use internal systems efficiently while ensuring full compliance with company procedures and protocols.
Manage daily workload and diary to meet service KPIs and internal deadlines
Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.
