Australia's health supplement industry is renowned worldwide, largely due to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), which is recognised globally as one of the most stringent regulatory bodies, ensuring the safety, quality, and efficacy of health supplements. The TGA's standards are comparable to those for pharmaceuticals and far exceed the regulatory requirements for health supplements in many other countries. Additionally, the production of health supplements in Australia must comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, ensuring comprehensive quality control from raw materials to finished products.
