Australia's health supplement industry is renowned worldwide, largely due to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), which is recognised globally as one of the most stringent regulatory bodies, ensuring the safety, quality, and efficacy of health supplements. The TGA's standards are comparable to those for pharmaceuticals and far exceed the regulatory requirements for health supplements in many other countries. Additionally, the production of health supplements in Australia must comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, ensuring comprehensive quality control from raw materials to finished products. To provide users with better products, H&S Global operates its own factories in Australia and collaborates with several key partners.

From 11 to 15 March 2024, Global Victoria successfully organised the 2024 BWPC (Beauty, Health and Personal Care) Inbound Trade Mission in Melbourne. The event facilitated over 70 tailored business matching meetings for 16 international representatives from 11 companies and arranged a two-day brand park visit programme. H&S was invited to participate in the event to secure more high-quality partners for future new product development, raw material procurement, and production.

During the event, Rachel, the head of research and development, visited several well-known factories with the delegation. She gained a detailed understanding of the factories' scientific research capabilities, the latest scientific research achievements in fields such as nutrition and biotechnology, and the latest technologies and innovative formulas used in each factory. This laid a solid foundation for providing global consumers who pursue high quality with ‘safe + natural + scientific’ health products.
