1. Improve the store's membership system, attract new members, retain existing members, reach out to members, and convert them into customers by identifying user needs, planning and executing membership activities, decorating the membership store, and planning and executing major promotional marketing campaigns;
2. Manage the corporate WeChat account, maintain retail-end customer relationships, handle daily follower acquisition and interaction, promote via Moments, and plan monthly corporate WeChat marketing activities;
3. Handle daily user operations-related tasks, including data analysis (providing user-related data support for operations to enhance sales management), benefit updates, collaborating with the mall on product promotion and conversion, and tool usage.
4. Implement user tagging and tiered management, develop maintenance strategies for different user tiers, and execute user operations to drive conversions.
5. Gain a deep understanding of the characteristics, trends, and needs of the target audience in the maternal and child care and health industries, plan and write attractive content, including but not limited to product introductions, brand stories, and promotional activities, to ensure that the content can be effectively disseminated in the private domain traffic pool and resonate with users.
