Group Operating Structure: Growth, Control, and Enablement

H&S Global has built a six-part organizational platform around its strategy of global consumer brand incubation and e-commerce operations: three front-office business units, two middle-office control centers, and one corporate shared functions center.

The front office comprises the GBU Global Brand Unit, GCU Global Commercial Unit, and GIU Global Investment Unit, focusing respectively on owned brand incubation, global commercial operations, and industry-synergistic investment. The middle office comprises the BOC Business & Operations Control Center and the CRM Compliance & Risk Management Center, responsible for operating process management, organizational coordination, compliance governance, and risk control. The back office is the CSF Corporate Shared Functions Center, which provides stable support for global operations through shared functions such as human resources and administration, financial management, and legal support.

Through this structure, H&S Global has established a group operating model in which the front office stays close to the market, the middle office strengthens control, and the back office enables execution, continuously improving global brand incubation capabilities, commercial operating efficiency, industry integration capacity, and risk management standards.
