From June 10 to 11, 2026, Nu-lax Global CEO Neal Mecardo, President Angus Douglass, China Head Alvin Liu and their delegation visited H&S Global's China operations center. Focusing on Douyin Channels and Advancing Refined Store-Group Operations

On the afternoon of June 10, the meeting opened with a discussion on Nu-lax's Douyin channel cooperation. After introductions from both teams, H&S Global, as a cooperation partner, systematically reviewed the sales performance of the Douyin flagship store and store group from April to May, and jointly forecast sales targets for FY27 (July 2026-June 2027).

During the experience-sharing session, H&S Global presented multiple high-conversion short-video cases and broke down their content logic and media strategies frame by frame, receiving strong recognition from Nu-lax leadership. Regarding the Douyin channel strategy, both parties clarified the direction of store-group operations. H&S Global also introduced its service capabilities in detail and updated Nu-lax on its progress, as Nu-lax's general agent in China, in helping the brand identify and recommend high-quality operating service providers for further expansion in China.

The meeting formally proposed a 'multi-store, multi-TP competition mechanism.' H&S Global will actively participate in content and media testing for new product launches, helping Nu-lax achieve efficient competition and performance-based selection within the Douyin ecosystem.

Angus and Alvin held a dedicated session to align on new product launch plans, while the H&S Global team provided implementation suggestions across content assets, multi-store collaboration, and testing cadence. That evening, Neal Mecardo and his delegation visited H&S Global's brand livestreaming room to gain an on-site understanding of livestream operations.

China All-Channel Review and the Launch of Vietnam Market Planning

On the afternoon of June 11, the agenda expanded to Nu-lax's China and Vietnam markets. The two sides jointly reviewed Nu-lax's all-channel sales data in China from January to May 2026, and aligned item by item on overall FY27 sales forecasts and channel strategies.

As a strategic highlight of the meeting, the plan to advance Nu-lax in the Vietnam market officially entered the implementation discussion stage. Based on its research and accumulated experience in cross-border e-commerce and Southeast Asian markets, H&S Global provided concrete recommendations on channel selection, logistics pathways, and localized content.
