SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – 25/11/2025 –H&S Global AU PTY LTD is pleased to announce its official appointment as an authorised distributor for a range of Abbott Nutrition products in the Vietnamese market. 

This authorisation is confirmed by Abbott Australasia Pty Ltd, an affiliate of Abbott Laboratories, effective from 20 November 2025.

Under this agreement, H&S Global is authorised to distribute key Abbott Nutrition products, including Ensure, Glucerna, and Pediasure (featuring Australia/New Zealand labels), 

which are sourced directly from Abbott's authorised distributor in Australia. These products will be made available across Vietnam through multiple channels, including ：General Trade, Modern Trade, Pharmacy, Mom and Baby stores, and E-commerce platforms.

To ensure robust market coverage and supply chain excellence, H&S Global has further authorised two established local companies as its official import and distribution partners in Vietnam: 

Chau Dai Duong Limited and Hoang Uc Chau Limited. This strategic partnership will facilitate the efficient and compliant entry of these essential nutrition products into the Vietnamese market.

As the authorised party, H&S Global is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance. 

This includes full adherence to all relevant Vietnamese laws and regulations, responsibility forall product related matters, and ensuring that all technical parameters of the products meet Vietnam's stringent requirements.
