In 2018, HVK and Saint Cos International formally merged to establish H&S International. The new entity integrated channel, brand, and supply chain resources while simultaneously embarking on a strategic initiative to develop its own brands.


In 2023, the company initiated a global integrated management model. Under the unified governance of the Board of Directors, the company began to progressively establish and refine a standardized, modern corporate management system.

Organized by business nature, the company's operations are structured into three Business Units (BUs):

  • Global Brand Unit (GBU): Manages a portfolio spanning Food, Health & Wellness, Beauty & Cosmetics, and Daily Essentials.

  • Global Trading Unit (GTU): Oversees operations across Mainland China, North America, Australia, and other international markets.

  • Global Investment Unit (GIU): Focuses on synergistic industrial investments, including manufacturing facilities and brand acquisitions.
