The story of former customer service representative Li Juan (pseudonym) is a living reflection of this commitment.


In March 2019, Li Juan joined our customer service team and quickly became an indispensable member. Over four years, she remained dedicated on the front lines of customer support, resolving issues with characteristic patience and clear reasoning. In July 2023, a cervical cancer diagnosis abruptly placed this once vibrant life in a fierce battle. HR colleagues proactively streamlined procedures, allowing her to focus fully on treatment from her hospital bed. During her therapy, company leaders visited her multiple times. In her hospital room, they reassured her: “The company will always be your steadfast support.” This promise, translated into concrete action, sustained her through her most difficult moments.


By October 2023, Li Juan’s condition no longer allowed her to continue working, and she had to formally resign to focus on inpatient treatment. Just when it seemed her story with the company was concluding, the company made an exceptional decision: to continue covering her social and medical insurance.




This was not treated as a special case, but as a natural extension of the company’s core values. “We value the contribution of every employee,” management emphasized. “We refuse to stand by when a former colleague facing adversity is burdened by basic survival concerns.
